Crazy?

After last night's episode of Stephanie and all her tears about not being crazy, I'll let you decide. Here's a picture from when she was arrested for shoplifting and drugs. I would have to agree with her that she has cleaned up! I still think she looks exactly like Spencer but with long hair!
