The peroxide pair had a delicious lunch with Ozzy and Sharon at the uber-popular Ivy restaurant in Los Angeles, California...I really don't understand!
I bet Heidi and Spencer were at one table and the Osbournes were at another and then Spencer had the idea of walking out together to get his picture taken!
