BUT LA Superior Court official told the Daily News "that their marriage ceremonies don't happen in a courtroom and that he doesn't recognize the judge presiding over the ceremony.If a judge does conducts a ceremony at the courthouse, he adds, it's typically in chambers during a break - not in a courtroom. Parachini confirms that an MTV crew filmed in the Beverly Hills courthouse a few weeks ago, but the taping didn't go off without a hitch.
