While Audrina re-wore her one strap dress to The Bank nightclub at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. 
Whitney swears by the book Smart Girls Do Dumbbells. "It seriously does wonders, and I would recommend [it] to anyone looking to get their body in tip-top shape in [a] jiffy!"
The book includes how-to exercises for free weights. You can never go wrong by "starting low and going slow!" writes author Judith Sherman-Wolin. Another plus about a set of dumbbells? "You don't have to spend a lot of money and it doesn't take up a lot of space."
