Renewed Vows

They said I do...again! As promised, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt renewed their wedding vows in a pre-sunset ceremony Sunday (November 14th), Entertainment Tonight reports. The location: a beachfront house in Carpeteria, Calif. Unlike their April 2009 nuptials -- taped for The Hills -- this walk down the aisle was more private, the couple said."[This time] it's just me and my bride on a little secret beach with nobody else and it's just about her," Pratt, 26, tells ET. "Versus last time it was about everything else, it was about drama, it was about ratings.
Adds Montag, 24: "This is really our first wedding about Spencer and I and our love. Now I feel like I can finally just be Heidi and just be in a marriage and just be a person. I'm just really enjoying every day." The couple famously broke up, filed for divorce and reconciled over the summer. Now reportedly out of money, the on-again pair tied the knot this time thanks to the kindness of other: their dream wedding was donated.

Happy Birthday Heidi!

To celebrate Heidi's 24th birthday on 9/15/10, she almost let the world see her birthday suit, or at least her G-cup boob!

Heidi no longer wants that H-cup boobs. She actually wants a reduction. She recently tweeted, "Giving my self a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies we have to keep those implants soft."

Heidi will soon pose for her second Playboy cover. This time she will have some new assets to show off and showing them off she will be. She will go full nude this time. Craziness. And if you were curious, these boobs are still too small for her. She still wants them bigger! Whoa!

H for Heidi

Perez reported that "Heidi revealed that she wants to go even bigger than her current triple D sized breasts saying, "I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi." She opted for plastic surgery after being teased as a kid and being insecure about her looks. "It always kinda held be back from a certain inner light and an inner happiness." As for the effect her story will have on young girls, Heidi doesn't seem to think she has much of an impact. "Young girls who want to get it would get it regardless," she explains. "They need to know how severe it is and how serious and real it is. And that's why I wanted to share my story with it. It's not that you just got in and come out and it's great a week later." Spencer was apparently against the surgeries calling his wife "crazy" and suggesting she see a therapist first!"

Maybe Spencer should've said yes to the kids Heidi wanted and then she wouldn't have gotten all this plastic surgery...

Very Fragile

From People.com: It's been 11 weeks since her life-changing plastic surgery, but Heidi is still very much healing. "I'm very fragile," she tells PEOPLE. "I'm not in a great place right now." The long road to recovery hasn't been an easy one but Montag, 23, with weekly massages, exercise and therapy, has been working hard at the process. Still, setbacks like a stressful trip back home to Crested Butte, Colo., to confront her mom, have pushed back her healing some. "I was hysterical the whole time," she says of the trip. "It was so hurtful. My body really set back from recovering from all the crying, stress and that traumatic experience." Says Montag: "My insides were just throbbing and pounding but I know it's part of what I had to go through." Despite the pain, Montag is very sure of one thing: there are no regrets. "I'm thrilled," she says. "I'm the happiest I’ve ever been in my life."

Heidi finally unveiled her new look to her mom two months after Heidi underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day. But the mother-and-daughter reunion, in Montag's hometown of Crested Butte, CO hardly went as planned, reports People.com. "I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did," Montag said of the homecoming which was filmed for "The Hills." "She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn't like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak. I think she was most upset that Spencer was there for me and she wasn't," said Montag of her husband. "She was saying how sad it is that my confidence is gone because of the music industry I'm trying to get into." The 23-year-old reality star, whose recently released debut album, "Superficial," was a financial flop, said all her nips and tucks are a necessary part of her new career. "I wanted to be the most beautiful, inside and out," she said. Quite a record

Heidi has set a new record, and it isn't for all her plastic surgeries!

In its first week of release, The Hills star's album, Superficial, has sold less than 1,000 copies, according to Nielsen Soundscan. There have only been 658 downloads to date. USmagazine reports that "This is likely upsetting news for the reality star, who told Entertainment Weekly last week that she went broke making Superficial but thought that "within the first week, we will definitely make our money back." Heidi said, "I put every dollar I have into this. I've spent over $1 million, almost $2 million, on this album. It's cost as much or more than a Britney Spears album because I wanted it to be that quality... The songs will make an impact in pop history." Guess she is impacting history with such low sales!

A Little Much

Audrina's first reaction to Heidi's new plastic surgery was, ""I haven't seen how she looks, so it's hard for me to comment on it. But these are her decisions, and as long as Heidi is happy, that's all that matters." But Audrina did eventually tell how she really felt and said, "I think it's a case of, 'To each their own,' but 10 procedures in one day is a little much."

"The BEST Me"

Heidi said, "I feel like I look like me but a little bit of a different version. Like and upgrade. The best me." Hopefully you have all seen the latest issue of People magazine with Heidi on the cover admitting to having 10 procedures done in one day! I guess this answers my question of 'where has Speidi been lately?' So yes, Heidi had the following done to herself: Mini borw lift, botox in forehead and frown area, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, buttock augmentation! I mean seriously?! This girl is only 23! She now has DDD boobs and she is "already plannign my next surgery -- I'm determined to get bigger ones (boobs)!" She says they make her feel more "womanly." She also did not tell her family she was having the surgery! She just told them she was sick and they didn't know! I wonder how they will respond to her "new look." She also said that she is not done with plastic surgery! She said, "I am just starting." Good luck Heidi, I hope you don't lose your nose in the process!

First a Popstar, then babies

A Speidi offspring may just have to wait. Heidi recently told USMagazine that her plan to have kids has been "kind of on hold" because she wants to be a "pop star" first since she just released her album Superficial. She continues, "I'm really trying to do this pop star [thing], my first album, so I think that would kind of be distracting from this album coming out," she said in a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest Tuesday. "But one day I would love to have kids. I don't know if Spencer quite feels the same way."
It has taked Heidi three years working on Superficial, which features songs like "I'll Do It," in which she tells a lover to "come eat my panties off of me." R-rated lyrics or not, she tells Seacrest that "it's very personal, empowering music...just about living life and enjoying every moment and living it up--definitely club music. I think that Superficial is kind of a double entendre," she says. "It's superficial in a sense that everything in Hollywood is a little superficial. It's superficial in a positive way too. It's not what it seems to be, it's the inside that counts. It's kind of the unknown and the known."
On the spiritual side, Montag and Pratt "have been getting very into yoga," she says. "It's very relaxing and has definitely calmed my husband down a little bit. He's a little energetic. " I can only imagine...

Heidi dropped her deubt CD, Fanatic, and she was even able to get a song from the hit songwriter Cathy Dennis (Katy Perry, Spice Girls, Kylie Minogue, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears and Celine Dion, among others). PerezHilton even likes the song and says it's, "Pure, cheesy, delicious bubblegum pop!"

Cancelled

The Today Show cancelled Heidi and Spencer's scheduled appearance to promote their new book, How to Be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press, and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture. "Due to a change in the show's schedule, we had to cancel the interview with Spencer and Heidi Pratt," said a rep for the morning show. Wonder if Al Roker had anything to do with that?!

Heidi and Spencer plus 8?!

The married Hills stars dressed as Jon and Kate Gosselin -- and toted a brood of eight! -- on Oct. 29 in L.A. "Halloween is supposed to be about scary costumes. What's scarier than Speidi Plus Eight?" Spencer told Us.

Spencer is considering getting a vasectomy because he really doesn't want to have kids with Heidi! He didn't even tell Heidi that he looked into the "seven-minute procedure," either. You can get all the drama on tonight's episode of The Hills. Spencer said he ended up not going through with it because he "thought it was reversible. Once I found out it wasn't, I left the office." Heidi sure was upset though, "You would have gone and done it right then if you thought it was reversible?" she asks in disbelief. "And then you would have come home and told me 'Hi, honey, I snipped my balls off?' I never lie to you!" This could lead to even more marital drama! Gotta love it!

Birthday and DUI

Heidi and Spencer did not attend Holly's 26th birthday party because "Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid." An insider continued: "Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party…I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn't even show up without a fee. That's disgusting." Maybe if Speidi would've been there they could've stopped Stephanie from leaving and getting a DUI! (Stephanie was arrested on Sunday morning in Hollywood for a DUI. She was leaving Holly Montag's bday party and she got busted! She was just .01 over California's legal limit of .08 at .09.)

New Dog or Dogs

Spencer and Heidi Pratt doted on their new dog, Coco, at the the STRIKE OC Fall Celebration in Tustin, Calif., Thursday.

Then they took more pics with two other dogs. I guess they have three now?! Dolly (the white one) and Ninja were being taken for a walk in the Hollywood Hills, though, we image that they were really carried most of the time. Heidi told the paparazzi that having the puppies has made her think twice about having children, since these little guys are already such a handful.
