Lauren was out lunching and filming soem scenes for the upcoming season of the Hills. But could season 4 be the last one? LC says this season of “The Hills” will be the last one for her. “Every season, I think it’s the last. Right now, I think this is the last season.” She continued, “I go through phases when I’ve been filming where I wake up in the middle of the night and I think I’m being filmed. That’s when I have to take a vacation.”
