The Urban Outfitter $54 top is paired with Elizabeth and James shorts and Christian Louboutin pumps. Glad she saved on the top because the shoes cost about $560!

The shoes are the bargain this time! Her cute flat sandals are $28 from Urban Outfitters. Guess I need to go check that store out!

The City's Olivia Palermo also bargain shops. What piece of her outfit was under $100? The $98 Armani Exchange tuxedo vest over an all-black look and metallic silver jazz shoes...that might not be such a bargain shopper...
